Summary/Abstract: A New Era of Civilizational Development Carries the Burden of Ensuring Life and Personal Integrity for 200% More People on Earth Today (4.9 bilion Hectares of Agricultural Land and Over 8 billion People in 2024) Compared to 50 Years Ago (4.5 bilion Hectares of Agricultural Land and 4 billion People in 1970). The needs of civilization are measured in billions of tons of goods and billions of units of services to ensure that life bearers on the planet, both in our time and in the future, can lead a somewhat normal life. It is a fact that an increasing number of the needs of new societies are becoming weapons in the hands of oppressors. It is possible to list many factors that threaten the life and survival of civilization. Science, politics, and strategy, each in their own way, are all trying to meet the demands of life. Solutions must and are being sought in technological achievements. This is the best. The transportation industry, along with the logistics industry, is the most significant factor in solving civilizational challenges. In order to provide a comprehensive civilizational response to challenges, it is essential to operate according to unified standards, apply unified procedures, and harmonize dynamics, all with the goal of establishing a global quality system and quality management in the transportation industry.
