Summary/Abstract: The main objective of the paper is to evaluate the current stage of realization of the visa dialogue among the European Union and the Eastern Partnership countries. The article presents the general provisions regarding crossing the Schengen boarder by citizens of the Eastern Partnership countries who possess the “C” type visas which allow for travelling through all Schengen countries for three months maximum in the time of 6 months from receiving visa.
