Summary/Abstract: This paper seeks to explore the profound impact of digitalization on economic crimes, highlighting how the digital era has both transformed traditional financial activities and engendered novel types of criminal behaviors. As digital technologies permeate all layers of economic transactions, they present both opportunities and vulnerabilities. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of how digitalization influences economic crimes through the lens of recent technological advancements and the corresponding legislative responses.
