Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the meaning of the representative powers vested in the commercial proxy. In the first part the author analyzes the full and limited, active and passive, separate and joint representative powers of the commercial proxy. The second part of the article deals with the content and legal effect of restrictions imposed on the commercial proxy's representative powers by the Commercial Act as well as with the effects specified by the power of attorney granted to the commercial proxy.
