Policy of supporting and creating of spatial networks structures in Poland on the background of selected EU countries

Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, in regional and spatial policy, the support of network spatial structures is stressed, especially because of the benefits they can bring to the development of regions or on a local scale. In this article the significant role of cooperative and competitive is emphasised and the aim of this article is to show the action and instruments to support functioning of spatial networks structures. One can notice that to create the network relations the cooperation of several actors on the market is needed. The second part of the article focuses on the support of network structures in Poland The article also contains instruments and actions in the field of cluster policy in some EU countries and planned direction of cluster policy in Poland.
