Summary/Abstract: Straipsnyje analizuojamos lietuvių diasporos spaudos tendencijos po Antrojo pasaulinio karo ir Lietuvai atgavus nepriklausomybę. Įvadinėje dalyje trumpai pristatoma lietuvių diasporos spaudos raida ir anksčiau atlikti lietuvių diasporos spaudos tyrimai. Pirmojoje straipsnio dalyje nagrinėjamos tokių kultūros žurnalų kaip „Akiračiai“ ir „Metmenys“ tendencijos iki Lietuvos nepriklausomybės ir jų transformacijos jau atgavus nepriklausomybę. Antro- joje dalyje analizuojama lietuvių kultūros žurnalo „Aidai“ raida nuo Antrojo pasaulinio karo, kai žurnalas buvo lei- džiamas Vokietijoje (1944–1949) ir JAV (1949–1991), iki 1992 m., sujungus „Aidus“ su žurnalu „Naujasis Židinys“ Lietuvoje. Paskutinėje straipsnio dalyje svarstomos kultūros žurnalo „Aidai“ bendradarbių mažėjimo tendencijos. This article analyzes the tendencies of the Lithuanian Diaspora press from world war II until the restoration of the independence of Lithuania. Lithuanian Diaspora’s press development and researches on Lithuanian Diaspora press conducted earlier are shortly presented in the introduction. The first part of the article is dedicated to the tendencies of cultural magazines such as the Akiračiai and the Metmenys until the restoration of the independence of Lithuania and their transformation after that. The second part of the article analyzes the development of the cultural magazine Aidai since World War II, when the magazine was published in Germany (1944–1949) and in the uSA (1949–1991), until 1992 when it merged with the magazine naujasis židinys published in Lithuania. The last part of the article discusses the tendencies of the decrease of the contributors to the cultural magazine Aidai.
