Summary/Abstract: An essential change in the segment of marketing communication and the broadest business is the transition from traditional to integrated electronic business and digital marketing. CRM concept and electronic marketing uses various electronic media, means, tools, techniques, technologies and systems to exchange information or achieve a measurable response or transaction. The rapid development of science and technology has positioned the first - class importance of information and communication technologies in the comprehensive concept of social development. Digitization processes are incorporated in all spheres of public life, both in marketing and business, with trends of continuous improvement of existing modalities. Innovations in this field, especially digital marketing are the basis for achieving a competitive advantage in business.
