Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to analyse Herta Müllers collages and volumes of collages from their beginnings to the present. The analysis focuses on formal aspects and deals with paratextual elements, structure, form, colour, image and optical text-image-proportion in order to show what changes can be observed over the time regarding Herta Müllers collages.
