Summary/Abstract: The following contribution examines two pedagogical paradigms which aim at giving centrality to dialogue and interconnectedness: Restorative Justice in Education and Dialogic Teaching. After outlining them, thus laying the foundations for a first comparison between their essential elements, the article highlights the possibility of an ‘encounter’ between these two models. Consequently, some ideas arise from which emerges a need to rethink how to teach law today: an issue whose extreme topicality is highlighted by the task recently assigned to the University by the legislator (legislative decree 150/2022) to contribute to the training of RJ practitioners. In conclusion, the essay briefly asks for further reflections on the potential that could arise from considering dialogue in a dimension not limited to the communicative sphere.
