Summary/Abstract: Whether and when, Charter Kulin will be exposed in its original in Bosnia and Herzegovina, I do not know. I truly believe that it will happen that day. Our intention five years ago was in the spirit of friendship that would be best illustrated by it self. Any other interpretation of the duty both in Croatia and in Bosnia and Herzegovina are out of context. As then, so today, with clear conscience I look forward to spending time with you, dear fellow archivists of Bosnia and Herzegovina. However, I will confess, the memory of the Kulin inevitably awaken in me a sense of bitterness. So I will end this presentation with words of Bishop Nikolaj Velimirovic, which is discussing in his book (1920 .) about the richness of the human soul, morals, ethics, material and immaterial, ideal man and his relationship with God, noted: “ If the all the snow turns into sugar and all the rain in malvasia, bitterness of my soul would not be sweetened.” and in the end we are left with nothing but to invite you, when you arrive in the city under Srđ, to friendly chit-chat with Dubrovnik’s malvasia. And that’s just the way we would suggest Dr. Safvetbeg Basagic talked about the place of origin of Hajjam’s rubbais: “Imagine the moment when the sun glows in the blush and leaves the last rays on the terrace, under which lieth wonderful garden, where roses and jasmine are blooming, songbirds are singing and clear fountains are murmuring. On the terrace of the poet is sitting with a few friends and with them a jug of malvasia and several vessels of sweets selected.” Those are the moments in oblivion when we throw all the bad memories and awaken in us feelings of all that was and is nice and take us back to the dear people and noble thoughts. And what is most important, inspire us with hope that the time will come when true freedom of creation in these areas of our long suffering will come to existence.
