Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the fulfilment of the intention of the euro-amendment to the Constitution, which required that the chambers of the parliament be informed and be able to participate in the affairs of the European Union in 2001. The intention is demonstrated by an example – how the Chamber of Deputies participated in the EU’s green policy during the last 20 years.
