PERSONNEL FUNCTION AS THE ELEMENT OF PROINNOVATIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT

Summary/Abstract: Creation and implementation of innovations in the enterprise is conditioned by the presence of appropriate human potential formed in the process of the personnel function realization. In the article an analysis has been performed of how the personnel function can support the creation and implementation of innovations in the company. The author used the literature studies as well as own conclusions and the results of empirical research conducted in 35 companies in Lower Silesia.
