Effectiveness of a project in light of its internal stakeholders

Summary/Abstract: This paper addresses the issue of the evaluation of project effectiveness. Emphasisis put on the expectations of internal stakeholders of aproject, i.e., members of aproject team. The overview of the relevant literature and own research allow stating that the issues of the recognition of the team’s expectations as to the project work as well as the research of the satisfaction from work after completing the undertaking are neglected. This paper postulates that a higherrank should be conferred thereon, since this will contribute to the professionalisation of actions in the “human-work” field in the project and to the streamlining of the process of managing subsequent projects.
