Summary/Abstract: Political regimes are necessarily, through its practice inside of government, subjected to the negative influences. Such negative influences are manifested through two forms of government which are produced by liberal democracy and those are phallocracy and pornocracy. The expression phallocracy is referred to the social states and political orders based on “the royal superiority of men over women” and it has roots even in ancient Greece, and it is specific for numerous modern political and social systems. On the other hand, pornocracy is the expression tied to one period of development of the Catholic Church and concubines' domination in political life and resolutions, and also to development of European kingdoms. Meanwhile, today pornocracy is reduced to the marginal phenomena because of media sensibility and public opinion.
