Summary/Abstract: Special education, by its specificity, requires active and full involvement of teachers, who are responsible for the education and the academic development of students with special educational needs. There are many difficulties encountered and, sometimes, they feel overwhelmed. In the initial phase, the reaction is stress, which, in case of failure of management, it leads to burnout. The most effective interventions in burnout are centered on the individuals and their social network, at the organizational level. The combined and adapted techniques have a significant impact on the level of burnout and personality of teachers.
