Summary/Abstract: In this article, the author analyzes the main decisions pronounced by the Russian Constitutional Court in 2023, in which it confirms an inhanced protection of social rights and the establishment, at the same time, of an inversion of the hierarchy of fundamental values in the State constitutional order, with a predominance of the interests of the State and the Nation to the detriment of individual freedoms.
