Summary/Abstract: The article addresses the adaptation of the Constitution of Kazakhstan to the country’s changes and the constitutional revision of 2022 initiated by the President of the Republic for more stability and democracy in the Kazakh political system. The authors note the different stages of this reform, carried out by a working group and the Constitutional Court, as well as the impact that it can have on the strengthening of democracy and the Rule of law in Kazakhstan.
