Summary/Abstract: Keeping employees' salary information confidential is a measure adopted by the Labor Code (r1), aimed at removing possible contradictions between employees, avoiding discussions regarding the appreciation of work and even avoiding possible labor conflicts, thus allowing employees to focus on work and building positive relationships with their peers. This aspect, in turn, can lead to increased satisfaction in the work process, to a culture about work in the workplace, can create an overall pleasant, more positive atmosphere. By developing a shared vision and shared values, employees can work toward a common goal and feel more vested in each other's success at work. This can reduce disparities and encourage employees to work as a team together for a common goal. Importantly, fostering a culture of mutual respect and appreciation of work can help build strong relationships between employees, reducing the likelihood of conflict arising from misunderstandings or miscommunication between employer and employee.
