Summary/Abstract: In the digital age, art generated by artificial intelligence has introduced a new paradigm in artistic creation. This paper explores the aesthetic values of artworks produced using AI tools, with a particular focus on Walter Benjamin’s concept of the “aura”. It examines the perception of the “aura” in the digital context and its evolution within the new media environment, as well as the implications of technological ad- vancements in the field of art. The study investigates how digital art can achieve ae- sthetic and emotional depth, along with its relationship to the market and commerci- alization. The paper also addresses ethical questions related to AI-generated art, espe- cially concerning the manipulation of emotions and consumer preferences. Through the analysis of critical theories, aesthetics, media studies, and societal changes in the digital era, this research delves into complex issues of authenticity, value, and the perception of artworks, providing deeper insights into the fundamental transformations occurring in contemporary art and culture.
