Summary/Abstract: Article 719 para. (6) of the Civil Procedure Code does not provide the condition that the parties are present at the decision rendering date, which marks the beginning of the term to file the appeal, being sufficient that they were present at the trial, and the law considers that, under the obligation established by Article 10 of the Civil Procedure Code, the parties have the obligation to follow the trial development and completion.
