Summary/Abstract: In this article the author refers to the sources, the ways, the forms and the mechanisms of the formation of the antisocial characteristics that, in the interaction with the environment or the criminological situation, generates the criminal behavior in women. This, it is specified that the majority of theories on criminal personality put into perspective as main feature the antisocial orientation. In context, it is clarified the role of the family in the formation of the personality of the criminal women, but also the omissions of social education. Moreover, the biopsycho- social coordinates and the criminological typology of the criminal woman’s personality are presented.
