Summary/Abstract: This research aims to present and highlight on the Cognitive Differences of high institutes' student attitudes towards presented educational services according to accreditation and quality assurance in Egypt. The researchers made an explanatory study. They observed in various meetings and occasions with private high institutes students, students' talks and some of them complained from some educational services which are presented from their institutes, beside making comparisons with presented services in their different institutes, and to the importance of raising performance of that services in the light of the necessity to obtaining these institutes the accreditation and quality assurance. All of that make researchers pay attention to the importance and the necessity of evaluating what is presented from services at all fields in high institute for computer and business administration –Alzarka, Damietta and to determine positive and negative sides of what is presented from that services.
