The analysis has been performed from the perspective of implementing the e-learning system at the high-school level and at the university level, from initial formation as a support of the continuous formation. The results of the study accentuated a positive attitude of the teachers who had a minimal knowledge about this type of learning and IT computer skills and a negative, even hostile attitude of those who had any knowledge in the field.
