REFERRED TO THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION - CITIZEN AND THE RIGHT TO GOOD ADMINISTRATION AS A FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHT

Summary/Abstract: As a result of the integration into the European Union, Romania had to revise its entire institutional architecture in order to be able to face the needs of adopting and implementing t he acquis Communautaire and subsequently the challenges related to the status of a member state. Thus, the reform of the public administration was imminent, and the introduction into the national legislation of the provisions related to the promotion and protection of human rights in the public administration acquired new values.
