Summary/Abstract: Justice, solidarity, equality, equity…, principles lying in the base of the: social politic of the modern societies; social work (unity of social protection and building on it social support) – activity, meant to meet the needs of all children, individuals, families and groups in risk, determining the working relations (based on number of theoretical knowledge and practical skills) in the relation social worker – social client. We consider that for effective and efficacious social work it is necessary that a working frame for achieving social knowledge (for beneficiary, objects of social protection and support) through putting of a differential social diagnosis is to be observed. An important element of the helping process is revealing the reasons for the problem that has occured. Many questions must be asked to receive qualitative answers and to choose the best methods of approach and work. It is necessary that the connection and the interaction of the social problems with the social environment of elaboration of a strategy and technique of work to be revealed. Leading a quality rating and monitoring of the reasons and problems through observation has the goal to rate the undertaken measures and to follow whether the received results match the set goal. Obeying to the ethical norms of behavior, regulating professionally-personal relations between the helping specialist and the client, guarantee the success of the social work.
