Summary/Abstract: This article discusses the long and arduous path of a patient from diagnosis establishment to appropriate and needed aftercare. This is a very thorny pathway, with zillion curves, ruthless and inhuman government administration attitude at every possible level. The shambolic system of legal documents and the mutually exclusive government provisions make the pathway not only arduous but with a dead end.
