Summary/Abstract: The essence of the youth socializing process consists in the ability to adjust to the impersonal exigencies of social life and in the motivated participation to the achieving of society` scopes. From moral standpoint, the pozitive social insertion includes value and creative orientation, with attitudes that are orienting youth and adhering them to socially desirable actions, inner motivated and guided by common values which are considered and accepted as effective behavior adjusting norms.Regarding social reations, there are some moral structure arguments and attitudes, which have reinforcement role. If the attitudes are propelling the behavior towards a drifting from social desirable norms and the minors are committing crimes, than there is the issue of social reaction oriented towards them. On one hand, this reaction is aiming the sanction and, on the other hand, the social reinsertion and reeducation measures.
