Summary/Abstract: The street children phenomenon represents a social expression, whose origin and action are supposing a multitude of cultural, social, economic, psychological, political factors, having a mutual interacting action, and a specific dynamic. Considering the functions of the family on child development (economic, socializing and social integration, wedded life solidarity and cohesion, educating, emotional safety assuring etc.), that means the family at risk to entail the children to arrive in the stradal environment is one where one or more among these functions are not achieved.
