Division of property spouses during marriage

Summary/Abstract: The present study is aimed at the detailed analysis of the regulations of the new Civil code and the new Code of civil procedure dedicated to the division of property acquired by the spouses during the matrimonial regime of legal community and conventional community of goods. In concrete, the scientific investigation regards aspects such as: the common goods acquired by the spouses within the two modalities of matrimonial regime, the conditions of substance law in which the division of property can be performed and its procedural aspects.
