Summary/Abstract: The rights of the child have been elaborated and synthesized in two documents adopted on international level that are the Declaration of the Rights of the Child and the Convention on the Rights of the Child. One of the most important rights a child has is the right to education. Through education we develop as human beings and we also contribute to the progress of society where we live. Is the children’s right to education respected? We will try to find an answer to this important question.
