Summary/Abstract: The contradictory evolution of the global economy together with the phenomena of instability that characterizes most national economies influence the international business environment. Thus, one can say that international business is conducted to the existence of numerous risks due to the complexity of contemporary international economic relations. In this area, decision making is done under conditions of risk and uncertainty, often, traders having no assurance that the business end will get them the desired results.
