GLOBAL ECONOMIC CRISIS HISTORY FROM TWENTIETH CENTURY UP TO NOW. INVESTMENT - ANTICRISIS SOLUTION FOR ROMANIA

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents a brief history of the global economic crises of the 20th and 21st century in the first part, and in the second part, the anti-crisis solutions for Romania in 2010. A subchapter of the paper analyzes investments as the main solution in order for Romania to get out of the economic crisis. There are presented the anti-crisis solutions offered by the Romanian Government, by setting the tax and budgetary strategy for the 2011-2013 years and those offered by the Alliance of the Employers' Unions in Romania. We have compared the two strategies and we have reached the conclusion that the state and the private companies see the way out of the crisis absolutely differently. The Romanian Government only brings solutions for short term, and the Alliance of the Employers' Union brings practical long-term solutions, in order to revive the Romanian economy. The piece of the puzzle that is missing is the communication between the two institutions and the attempt to draw up an anti-crisis plan together, for the good of the Romanian economy.
