Considerations on the legal status of the teaching and research permanent and associated staff in higher education in the light of the National Educat

Summary/Abstract: The study focuses on the main aspects concerning the status of the teaching staff according to the national law of education no. 1/2011. We tried to present the main modifications of the law, to point out its effects on the teachers’ activity, its gaps and contradictions, as well as the wrong application of it in the practice. The study also draws attention to the issue of the pensioners who want to be rehired in the high education.
