Political Pursuit of Belgrade University Students from 1945 to 1948

Summary/Abstract: On the basis of the archival material and student periodicals the article tracks the "cleansing" of undeserved students from the Belgrade University with the pretext of "hostile stance" during the occupation and in the postwar period. The pace of "cleansing" is analyzed, including the motives and the data which served as a basis for removal and reinstitution of the individuals at the University.
