Summary/Abstract: In the paper there are distinguished and defined the concepts of ‘mind activity’ and ‘thinking’; determined the role of mind activity in managing and developing organizations. The authors discuss mind activity integrated with future activity: prognostication, floodlighting, projection, programming, planning, making a scenario, implementation of a project, supervision of an author, expertise, monitoring, organizing and management; substantiated the usefulness of the mind activity creating the future of an organization.
