Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to show the opportunity to identify the areas for managerial competence improvement, while analysing the ineffective leadership style of a specific leader. The research presented in it designated to measure the qualities of leadership styles, leadership orientations and the subordinates’ expectations.
