Summary/Abstract: “Nobody can become ever famous by writing schematic verses” - are words detached from the novel “Maestro e Margarita”, which the well-known Russian writer, Mihail Bulgakov, has put in Rjuhin’s mouth, a personage of the novel. We have cited here from a literary work not only because it was written at Migjeni’s time, but also to point out the undeniable identity of viewpoints of both authors of different cultures on schematism. Contrary to Bulgakov who besides in setting an example, is also engaged in programmatic level, Migjeni tried to oppose the schematism which threatened Albanian poetry of the thirties with his literary work “Vargjet e lira” = (Free verses). While our other poets contemporaneous of Migjeni were creating similar verses, with those of the period of the National Renaissance, or they were satisfied with their modification, preserving in most cases their traditional base, he created, far from literary circles of the time and outside the schemes of normative poetry, a new poetry, consequently a new expression, a new style. And as it happens frequently in life, the new one generally is not easily accepted, or rather, unfortunately it continues to be interpreted with criteria of the old one.
