The communication function of legal means in the general administrative procedure

Summary/Abstract: The subject matter dealt with by the author in this paper is the analysis of the communication function of legal means in the general administrative procedure. The popularity of this problem area is owed, to a large extent, to the great role which the legal means play in creating a good system of protection of the individual’s rights in a democratic state. The paper is an attempt at analyzing the elements which shape the communication process and which influence the character of the legal means. The elements that are vital and accompany the legal relation which arises in consequence of applied legal means, as well as their influence on settlements of the organ of appeal.
