Summary/Abstract: Good indicator for determining of the position of each deed is ethical-legal continuum. It helps us to classify our acts as ethical and legal; or ethical but illegal; or unethical but legal; or unethical and illegal. Efficient tools for self regulation of each profession are ethical codes. Basic PR ethical principles: respect of human rights, high standard of services, honest and fair approach, ethicality of profession, public interest, respecting truth, declaration of interests, honest cooperation, respecting secrets, avoiding of inappropriate influencing and conflict of interests.
