Summary/Abstract: The irony of scientific and technical knowledge in the age of communication capitalism and corporative democracy is being revealed by techno-deterministic status of knowledge and role of information and communication technology in production of society and subjectivity in the 21st century. In this paper, the phantasm of democratic policy of information society which has been inaugurated by biopolitical, techno-scientific discourse as “post-democratic“ mantra of neoliberal paradigm of capitalist economic rationality, is problematized.
