Summary/Abstract: Fragments of the notes of Emanuel Ringelblum on the discussion among the Jewish intellectuals in Poland on the thread of baptizing Jewish children who were taken under protection by the Polish catholic priets. Reports on the Polish christian families which protected Jewish children during the World War II, loved them as own children and found it very tragic to give the children away to their Jewish relatives who survived the Holocaust. Some of the christian educators did not want to tell the children the truth on their real ancestry in order not to lose them.
