Summary/Abstract: Even wartime political leaders of the allies began discussions and negotiations that were to shape the geopolitical map of postwar Europe. Conferences interlude have paved the division of Europe into two blocks: one that is controlled by the Soviet Union in areas where the Red Army arrived and the other controlled by the other Allies. Romania signed the Peace Treaty of Paris on February, 10, 1947 by the position of the country defeated already in the Soviet sphere of influence.
