TRENDS IN EVOLUTION OF THE LEGAL-ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONING OF THE EUROATLANTIC SECURITY AND DEFENCE ORGANIZATIONS

Summary/Abstract: Defense and security Euroatlantic organizations are subject to the international law, are forms of cooperation between states and will be based on their agreement, as sovereign entities, aimed at the future maintenance of a functional legal and administrative framework, and fulfillment of common objectives in terms of full legitimacy. UN, OSCE, EU and NATO are established as the main actors in managing international security at the global, European and regional scale. Method and principles of organization, roles, missions and legal political and military instruments that are permanently available should adapt to the security context of the new geopolitic and geostrategic world.
