Summary/Abstract: In France, the constitutional council cancelled a relative law with the sexual harassment, because it estimated that because of its inaccuracy it not being able without violating the principle legality of founding a penal offence. The legislator then voted very quickly, can be too much, a new law to repress this condemnable phenomenon. However the precipitation which governed the clothes industry of this news arrives at a text technically quite imperfect whose effectiveness is not certain
