Application of association rules for the survey of data analysis in the selected areas of logistics in food processing companies

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents a selected part of the research with association rules application to the survey data exploring the organization of logistics in food processing companies. The application of association rules is due to the large volume of available survey data. Furthermore, the other important aspect was the possibility to present rules in a very clear and meaningful way. The analysis resulted in a number of interesting rules that can be a valuable source of information on companies’ financial condition, the scale of investments and organization of logistics.
