Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study was to analyze the attractiveness of the mobile internet offer. In this work the grade analysis approach was used to visualize the data and to assess the similarity of internet packages in terms of price and customers age groups. This allowed formulating conclusions that the attractiveness of mobile internet packages varies depending on the customers’ age and income category. At the same time research has identified segments of customers with similar characteristics.
