Summary/Abstract: Manipulation is at the basis of human relationships. It occurs more frequently than we can imagine. The purpose of this article is to reveal the nature of the "manipulation" phenomenon and its manifestation within negotiations regarding positions. The meaning of such a statement is to learn more about manipulation and using manipulative techniques in one of the most important areas of business - negotiations. This will allow us to better control our relations with others, including business partners, and to communicate more effectively.
