Opportunities for integration of tourist information systems with the accounting software

Summary/Abstract: The creation of powerful com-puterized information systems, that are linked to the global Internet network, turns into a current task concerning the activity of the tourist companies. The article investigates and analyzes the tourist information systems, the main problems and challenges in their construction and operation are discused. An integrative model of the accounting processes in the tourist information systems is presented together with their automatically accounting by means of appropriate technological means for integration at three levels - data integration; applications and user interface. On this basis a methodology for the realization of the integrative model is proposed by which those accounting processes to be universalised.
