Summary/Abstract: The paper refers to the issue of practices of social educators. It describes the role of this kind of education which prepares an individual to function as a tutor and social worker. It defines ideal conditions for this kind of practices, and highlights the necessity to cooperate with academic teachers as well as with practice leaders associated with the Pedagogical Faculty. It underlines the role of professor Przecławska, inspiring and supporting actions undertaken together with graduates of the faculty.
