Financial analysis in managing the company's value

Summary/Abstract: Description of the main aim of firm activity as maximization of shareholder's wealth needs to be compared with the subject of economic analysis and especially financial analysis for value management. Only in this situation financial analysis fulfils all its functions, and in particularis, an effective tool in decision making process. This article attempts to define the areas explored by financial analysis, specific problems and main value drivers all defferent levels of the decision making process.
